    I arrived at 11:50 am today Saturday July 8 to wire money to NYC, the attendant told me he could not help me, because he was leaving in 10 minutes and he needed 20 minutes to do the wire. If the door says that they close at 12:00 pm why he could not give me the service if I was already there? He told me to get back on Monday.

    We had banked with Bank Of America for many years but just moved to Indy and there are none around :( ... we went to Chase because there are a lot of branches as well as many in the places we will be traveling (California & Michigan) most. Went in and Kyle was great to talk with and get everything setup with new accounts, a few checks to get us started and the paperwork to update our direct deposit info and such. The online bill payment is not as great as BofA but it will do and I continue to let them know more of the things I want ... not sure if it will happen but if you just complain about it to yourself there is even less of a chance for anything to happen. The only annoying thing is that it took a long time to get everything setup, not sure why but it seemed like a new car transaction, if you go setup a new account, make sure you eat before. So far so good with this branch and Chase in general. Really enjoy the check deposit by smart phone photos, I dont get a lot of checks but have enjoyed playing with this as a few have been coming in.

    Nice pools. There are three: lap pool, dive pool, and an aquatic fitness pool. Aquatic fitness pool is shallow, a place where younger kids can learn to swim.
